· Strategic planning of enterprise intellectual property and formulation of intellectual property protection policy;

· Draft technology transfer and intellectual property license contract and participate in contract negotiation;

· Provide legal advice related to intellectual property, such as the establishment and operation of a wholly foreign-owned enterprise or Sino foreign joint venture involving      intellectual property
